While other home-building efforts began earlier, Linwood Homes launched its first Lytton project in late August.
Despite the later start, we’re on track to surpass many builds in just a few weeks, with one home nearly completed framing and two others progressing on difficult hillside sites.
The village’s rebuilding department has been pleased with our efficient construction process. By pre-assembling exterior walls on-site before shipping and pre-sorting materials by location, the team has been able to expedite construction to the lock-up stage and maintain better housekeeping throughout the site.
Linwood is also one of the only builders in Lytton constructing homes with basements—an impressive feat given the area’s challenging topography and stringent regulations.
